Project Description
The CALM Initiative leadership and its members have extensive experience in a wide variety of advanced remediation technologies including:
- In-situ Soil Stabilization
- Slurry walls and reactive barrier walls
- HDPE and Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL) liners and containment systems
- Partial excavation and beneficial use of CCRs
- Dredging and solidification of CCRs
- Treatment of ash basin seeps with organic or natural methods
- Dewatering and stabilization of layered CCR systems.
